Registered with the Florida Board
Active RMHCI status or APRN/RN licensure with the Florida Department of Health, with all credentials in good standing.
Appropriate academic degrees
M.A./M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (or CACREP-aligned program) for counselors; MSN/DNP for Nurse Practitioners.
Evidence-based & collaborative
We use outcome measures (like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Vanderbilt scales) routinely. We believe in high-touch collaboration between medical and therapy teams.
Bilingual welcome
Spanish, French, or Portuguese proficiency is valued but not required. Our practice serves clients in all four languages.

Provide individual, family, and play-therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults under the direct supervision of Bethany R. Russell, Ph.D., LMHC-QS, RPT. Build a caseload at your own pace with clinical support, structured onboarding, and a clearly defined licensure runway.

What you’ll do
  • Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
  • Document thoroughly in our HIPAA-aligned EHR within 48 hours
  • Administer and review PHQ-9 / GAD-7 and other validated measures
  • Attend weekly individual supervision (60 min) and bi-weekly group supervision
  • Maintain active RMHCI status and progress toward LMHC licensure hours

Join our collaborative clinical practice to provide integrated pediatric care. In this role, you will perform general pediatric duties alongside specialized developmental-behavioral and mental health services (such as ADHD medication management and psychiatric issues). This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner seeking clinical supervision under our practice’s Medical Director, working hand-in-hand with clinical director Dr. Bethany R. Russell in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. The role starts as virtual, growing into a hybrid model.

What you’ll do
  • Perform general pediatric duties and screenings in collaboration with the medical team
  • Work directly with Dr. Russell on developmental, behavioral, and pediatric mental health issues
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage pharmacotherapy plans for ADHD, anxiety, sleep issues, and other psychiatric/behavioral concerns
  • Monitor pediatric physical parameters (BP, heart rate, height/weight velocity) and titrate medication
  • Provide psychoeducation to families and collaborate daily with the counseling team on integrated care plans
