Russell, Ph.D. & Associates, P.A., and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for children, adolescents, and families using diagnostic tools and gold-standard assessments.

Hector is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, specializing in clinical mental health counseling. He provides evidence-based individual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, first responders, neurodivergent individuals, and those experiencing Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs) under the direct supervision of Dr. Russell.
